Our team

Lyubov Kyulyumova has a Master´s degree in Accounting and Controlling (University of National and World Economy, Sofia).

In the course of her 15 years´ professional path she has worked as a Chief accountant, CFO and Administrative manager, in the last few years holding in parallel the positions of Country manager and Group financial controller. Her career has taken her through several multinational companies with different cultures and she has often been involved in managing change and expansion.

Lyubov Kyulyumova has extensive experience in training and developing staff, including designing and follow up control of internal training programs for new employees.

She has been trained at an international level in different add-on areas such as stock and warehouse management, marketing, sales, IT infrastructure and web communication activities.
She applies in her work her certified know-how of NLP (NLP Practitioner), Thomas international, International Accounting Standards.

She values and strives above all for clear communication, enhancing effectiveness and better organization through designing simple and effective mechanisms.

She has key abilities in:

• Diagnostic and establishing of working solutions in companies
• Financial management
• HR management (incl hiring, development, evaluation, motivation and administration of staff)
• Administrative management
• Strategic planning process
• Organization of data

In September 2007 Lyubov Kyulyumova established her own company for consulting, trainings and coaching - PPTL Ltd. Since November 2007 she has been committed full-time to the company.
